Ginger Root

Ginger is one of the world’s best natural medicines.

Ginger is highly effective for motion sickness. I suggest taking a Ginger Root extract. Ginger is also a fantastic remedy for digestive problems such as indigestion, upset stomach, nausea, and gas. 

As a Circulatory Stimulant, Ginger stimulates blood circulation, and helps blood flow to the surface. It’s great for improving circulation in the hands and feet.  

Ginger tea is soothing for a cough, cold, flu, or other respiratory problems. Grate some ginger and put in a tea ball with local honey and boiling water.

Ginger extract may also be taken for headaches, arthritis, and inflammation. 

Below is a recipe for a Ginger Cucumber detox juice:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 inch ginger root
  • ½ lime
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • dash cayenne
  • add half cup of water and blend

Cucumber is excellent for detoxifying, it is also full of electrolytes vitamins A, C,K, potassium, and calcium.

Ginger for nausea, digestion, and decongestant.

Cayenne is anti-flu, anti-fungal, aids in digestion, and great for sore throat.

Lime also stimulates digestion and is great for the skin.

Parsley is loaded with vitamins A,C, and K.
