Homemade Decongestant

Here is a Recipe for a homemade decongestant and also some information on how amazing local honey is! 


  • 1 Cup of Local Honey
  • 1 Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 5-7 Radishes
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • Cloves Garlic


  1. Wash and peel veggies.
  2. Add all ingredients but honey together in a blender, blend well.
  3. Pour into jar then add honey. You may lightly warm over a stove to melt in the honey.
  4. Refrigerate for up to one week.

Adults take 2 Tablespoons once a day, or as needed.

Children 1 Tablespoon a day. 

All of these ingredients are wonderful immune boosters as well as a natural decongestant.
